NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in the above named matter that the scheme of arrangement for the company, which became effective on 16 July 2009 ("the scheme"), has been implemented in accordance with its terms and, accordingly, it was completed, on 25 November 2010. No further payments shall be made to Scheme Creditors by the Company in respect of Scheme Claims (capitalised terms being as defined in the Scheme).

Notice of Impending Completion

Pursuant to clause 8.1 of the Scheme of Arrangement, notice is hereby given that the Scheme of Arrangement has been implemented in accordance with its terms. The final payment of Creditors was made on 24th September 2010 and no further payments shall be made to Creditors in respect of Claims. In accordance with clause 8.1 of the Scheme of Arrangement, the Scheme of Arrangement will be declared complete on 25th November 2010.

Deutsche Rück UK's Scheme of Arrangement Claims Submission "Bar Date" is 15th December 2009.

Scheme Creditors must complete and return a Claim Form (together with appropriate supporting information) by post, by E-mail or by fax to be received by Chiltington International Limited by 5pm London time on 15 December 2009 (the Claims Submission Date).

Deutsche Rück UK's Scheme of Arrangement Effective Date is 16th June 2009.

On 16 June 2009 the High Court of Justice of England and Wales sanctioned the DRUK Scheme. A copy of the Order sanctioning the Scheme was delivered to the Registrar of Companies in England and Wales on 16 June 2009, and the Scheme accordingly became effective on that date (the "Effective Date").
