Deutsche Rück UK's Scheme of Arrangement Claims Submission "Bar Date" is 15th December 2009.

Scheme Creditors must complete and return a Claim Form (together with appropriate supporting information) by post, by E-mail or by fax to be received by Chiltington International Limited by 5pm London time on 15 December 2009 (the Claims Submission Date).

Deutsche Rück UK's Scheme of Arrangement Effective Date is 16th June 2009.

On 16 June 2009 the High Court of Justice of England and Wales sanctioned the DRUK Scheme. A copy of the Order sanctioning the Scheme was delivered to the Registrar of Companies in England and Wales on 16 June 2009, and the Scheme accordingly became effective on that date (the "Effective Date").

Deutsche Rück UK's Scheme of Arrangement Sanction Hearing is scheduled for 16th June 2009.

UK subsidiary - Deutsche Rück Reinsurance Company . 

Deutsche Rück UK Reinsurance Company Limited gives notice that it has assumed reinsurance contracts from Deutsche Rückversicherung Aktiengesellschaft, the transferor.
